BBQ Quesadilla …our pulled pork BBQ with melted cheese on a large flour tortilla, served with sour cream and Hollywood’s salsa.

California Quesadilla …mixed cheddar and mozzarella cheeses melted on a large flour tortilla with chopped bacon and jalapeno peppers, folded and topped with sour cream and guacamole, served with chips and salsa.

Ultimate Cheese Fries… our natural cut fries covered with melted cheddar cheese and bacon, served with ranch dipping sauce.

Grilled Salmon Salad …from the bear’s paw to your plate! This salad is wonderful-we serve it on field greens with feta cheese, crumbled bacon, egg, corn and roasted red peppers.

Caesar Salad …romaine lettuce, grated parmesan, shaved red onions and garlic croutons. Optional with blackened tuna or blackened chicken.
